The decoration of the hotel was elegant and tasteful, with beautiful artwork and comfortable seating areas for senior people to relax and socialize. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for me to move around with my walking cane. The hotel was also easily accessible for senior people, with spacious elevators and ramps throughout the property.

I would have asked for better accessibility for senior people in terms of assistance from the staff. The children working there could have been more attentive and proactive in helping older guests with their needs and providing assistance whenever necessary.

I spent 2 nights here and liked that. the breakfast was great, totally satisfied. My room included central heating, a laptop-size safe, and a flat-screen television. the hotel was next to Old Jubail, the sea, malls, and restaurants.
